Since all our products are made-to-order, we do not offer returns. However, we want to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you don't love everything about your product, please reach out to us at support@westrockstyles.com, and we'll do what we can to make it right for you!

Refunds (if applicable)
Because our items are printed on demand, refunds are done on a case-by-case basis. If you have concerns about your product, please reach out to us at support@westrockstyles.com.
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Store credit may be awarded in lieu of a refund.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@westrockstyles.com.
